The customer may decide to close specific areas, meaning that Kaunt scans the invoices but doesn’t register or book. In your dashboard you have an overview of all areas, and you can see whether an area is closed or open. You can use the search function at the top to search for a specific area.
If you want to open or close an area, you can do so by contacting Kaunt at Support@kaunt.com. Let us know which area you want to open or close, and we will make sure this is done.
When you open an area, the settings in this area will correspond to your global settings in relation to amount limits and supplier selection. If you would like different settings for this individual area, you should update it accordingly. Learn more about how to do this here.
