When you experience a technical error, this means that there is a connection error between your internal system and Kaunt. Kaunt cannot process until the connection is re-established. There can be multiple reasons for connection errors. First, check that your internal system is up-to-date, then check the following:
VPN connection
If there is a problem with the VPN connection it will need to be re-established via your internal settings and using your specific system guidelines.
If you have a point-to-site VPN, it’s important that the VPN is not connected to only one person and that it must also be without two-factor log in.
If there is an expiration date on the user, we recommend you remove this.
We also recommend that the password and certificate for authentication are changed so that more than one password/certification is usable during a short transfer period.
If you have a site-to-site VPN, you may need to contact your internal network supervisor to help re-establish the connection.
Expired password
If the password is expired, Kaunt cannot process. Kaunt is registered in your economic financial system like a colleague, so you’ll want to make sure to update the password and that, if possible, you remove it’s expiration date.
