When we experience a technical error, there is an error concerning the connection. Meaning that Kaunt cannot process and the connection needs to be re-established. There can be multiple reasons for the connection errors, and the customer needs to ensure that their internal systems are updated according to the following standards:
If there is a problem with the VPN connection this needs to be re-established. This is to be done by the customer internally and depending on the system used by the customer according to guidelines specific to the individual system. If you have a point-to-site VPN, it is important that the VPN is not connected to one person and likewise it must be without two-factor log in. If there is an expiry date on the user, we recommend you remove this. We also recommend that password and certificate for authentication are changed so that more than one password/certification is applicable during a short transfer period.
If you have a site-to-site VPN, you will need to call upon your internal network supervisor to help reestablish the connection.
Kaunt is registered in your economic system like any employee, and for this reason, it can happen that the password needs to be updated. Hence, it is important to be aware that the password does not expire, as Kaunt cannot process if it does.
