If Kaunt’s account is locked, your internal settings need to be checked and changed. You’ll need to make Kaunt an “Employee”. This gives Kaunt the same access as an accountant.
Cannot access ERP-system
If Kaunt cannot access the ERP-system, there are some internal problems with the customer’s ERP-system. Once the system is up and running again, it’s important to ensure that Kaunt still has the correct access and settings.
