If Kaunt has stopped processing an individual GLN number, one which was previously processed, we recommend that you go to your dashboard and find the GLN. Here you can see whether the GLN is open or closed. You can also see the invoices that have been processed over a certain time period, and those that Kaunt was not able to process, and the reasons why.
There can be different reasons for Kaunt not processing, but, if a GLN number is closed, it’s important to make sure it’s re-opened. You can learn more about open or closed GLN-numbers here.
